Based on implementing lifestyle changes, healthy habits, consistency through the challenge (from your weekly activity sheet submitted) and measurables at start/end (eg. sleep, resting heart rate etc)

Guidelines and meal plans based on real food, for long-term health habits.

Measurables at start, during and end of challenge to keep you accountable and motivated.

Stay connected with the Proactive members via our closed group Facebook page.

Maintain your group workouts with your usual crew or join in with others – workout programs will be available that you can do together.

Support

Receive weekly videos and emails to keep you motivated, focused and on track.
