These can be on a variety of topics which can be tailored to your group (such as Stress management, Healthy habits, Health and Wellbeing). We encourage implementing a series of events over a 3-12 month period to provide a wider offering to suit the diverse interests of your staff. Not everyone will want to do an outdoor exercise session, or a stretch class or a cooking workshop – so we have found that by providing a wider offering there is more engagement and a more effective use of time, resources and better outcomes for everyone.
One-off sessions: I tailor presentations from one to four hours that covers content such as stretch workshops, stress management, mindfulness or nutrition. These workshops are ideal for situations such as a Wellness Week.
Outdoor group sessions: My sessions provide a great way for your team to get to know each other and to get fit while doing so. Sessions are designed with challenges for low to high fitness abilities, so no-one feels out of place; with a mix of bodyweight, core, cardio and equipment-based exercises including resistance bands, dumbbells, battle ropes, kettlebells and boxing.
Monthly programmes: I actively encourage my corporate clients to engage in either my three-month or six-month programme which consists of three or six workshops, once a month so your team can benefit from a comprehensive range of topics, solutions and keep the motivation going by layering the information on a regular basis to ensure new healthy habits are created for the long-term.
