Want to get healthier, fitter, stronger?  To feel better?  To set a good example for your kids?  To de-stress and have some time for you?

Join our fun community for varied, tailored, and challenging workouts.  We’re here to inspire and motivate you – to help you feel and move better.


We offer three types of small group sessions, to cater for different needs and budgets:

Earlybirds / Night Owls:  Women-only, limited to four per session $25/$100 4-pack.  This is Personal Training for a very small, select and regular group of women who really want to accelerate their results with attention to technique, progression and tailored to their individual goals.

Mums & Bubs:  Women-only, limited to five per session $15/$60 4-pack.  Bubs are welcome to come along too.  This is a lovely group of women getting back into gaining their strength and fitness, toning up, sharing stories and advice, and having a laugh.  Switch off from your daily to-do list and enjoy doing something healthy and invigorating for yourself!

All other small group sessions:  Women and men, maximum twelve per session $15/$60 4-pack.  Our sessions are designed for you to go at your own pace, we can cater for your individual fitness level and ability – you won’t feel pressured or like you’re slowing anyone down.  All limitations and health issues can be accommodated.  There’s no burpees and no yelling (yipee!).
