I first met Cristie over 7 years ago when I was single. I was looking to increase my fitness and manage the stress my life was going through at the time. Cristie really listened and tailored our sessions to what i needed. Her holistic approach to health means her sessions have not only been customised to me physically (I'm not the most athletic and burpies and i are not friends) but she has also impeccable knowledge and advice about health and nutrition in general. As my life changed, Cristie helped me work towards different goals. This ended up being losing a few kgs for my wedding- my now husband even came along to our sessions. And, in time I even continued right up to 8 months pregnant obviously with yet another different type of session. Now as a busy mum i have re-engaged with Cristie to get me back focusing on my fitness.
