You have 14 sessions a week to choose from!
I offer three types of small group sessions, to cater for different needs and budgets:
Studio sessions (cardio, energiser, low-impact tone & core): Limited to 8 per session. This is Personal Training for a very small, select and regular group who really want to accelerate their results with attention to technique, progression and tailored to their individual goals.
Mums & Bubs: Women-only, limited to 6 per session. Bubs are welcome to come along too. This is a lovely group of women getting back into gaining their strength and fitness, toning up, sharing stories and advice, and having a laugh. Switch off from your daily to-do list and enjoy doing something healthy and invigorating for yourself!
All other small group sessions: Women and men, maximum twelve per session. Our sessions are designed for you to go at your own pace, we can cater for your individual fitness level and ability – you won’t feel pressured or like you’re slowing anyone down. All limitations and health issues can be accommodated. There’s no burpees and no yelling (yipee!).
Pricing: you can book and pay for all sessions via the MindBody Connect app.
