Adding a personal touch is my training and coaching style.

Many of my clients come to me with something that excludes them from doing ‘conventional’ fitness training (like bootcamps) and most find that the one-size-fits-all diets just don’t work for them.  I embrace that!  Being creative in how I help people keeps me motivated, learning and challenged.

‘Getting healthy’ isn’t simply exercising more.  Nor is it just about changing your diet. I love discovering ways to work smarter, not simply harder.

It’s also about how you feel about yourself, how you feel in your body, what you give yourself and how you treat yourself.

Changing how you feel, how you think and what you do – creates lasting change.  That is why I offer a holistic service.
